I own my own company that builds concord log homes. I have been a log home builder for years and now list my own log homes for sale. I used to use a realtor, but the more familiar I became with the concord log homes and their popularity the more comfortable I became with answering questions and figuring out an asking price. I thought it would be more comforting to the buyers of the concord log homes to meet with the builder and be able to get accurate answers to all their questions. I enjoy being a log home builder and I make a good living listing my log homes for sale.
